Payment Options
Pace University makes many options available to help you pay for your education. Whether or not you use financial aid, you have access to several types of payment arrangements to meet your needs.
How to Make a Payment
Billing and payment information can be found in the Payment Portal. Payment plan enrollment and authorized user setup (student initiated) is also available via the Payment Portal.

By Mail:
Payment may be made via check or money order. Please include your Student ID number. Please make your check or money order payable to Pace University and send to

In Person:
Payment may be made via check or money order at any Office of Student Account location during regular office hours.
Payment Installment Plan
Pace offers an installment payment plan, which allows you to pay your tuition bill in installments over several months. The installment payment plan, as well as eCheck and credit card payments, are explained on the Office of Student Assistance’s billing and payment page.
Third-Party Payments
Pace University accepts payments made by a third party (your company, for example). If your company is paying for your tuition and fees, we must receive an authorization to bill in the form of a voucher or letter of credit. Your approved letter of credit should be signed by you and sent over to the NACTEL office for processing. Either email to nactelbilling@pace.edu or fax over to 914-989-8635.
